Fish and chips og sushi.
Mathallen Oslo ( Oslo food court/market) is supposed to be inspired by other European citys food courts and markets. We don`t have many food markets in Oslo, just the occasional small farmers markets. So my expectations were quite high. Boy did I get dissapointet. It was so small and lacking the large fruit and vegetable stands you see in so many other markets around Europe. The other produce and norwegian specialities that is there is of high quality but there too few of them. Sad to say this venue will not be my new place to shop.
We had lunch in restaurant Vulkan fish. It was an ok experience.
We had the fish and chips with pea pure and remoulade and some freshly made sushi.
