Nugatti ostekake på glass

8 Digestive kjeks, knust

12 Oreo cookies, knust
200 g Philadelphia cream Cheese
1 1/2 dl Nugatti
1 ts vanilje sukker/ekstrakt
1- 1 1/2 dl kremfløte
Vispet krem
Kakao pulver
Hakkede valnøtter
Knus kjeksen og fordel dem i 6 dessertskåler. Press ned smulene med en teskje.
I en bakebolle visper du Philadelphia ost, vaniljesukker og Nugatti til en smidig røre, helst med en elektrisk håndmikser. I en annen bolle visper du fløten med 1 ts sukker til luftig krem.
Bland forsiktig inn kremen i ostemassen til alt er blandet. Fordel blandingen over kjekssmulene.
Dekk med plastfilm og la stå i kjøleskapet i minst 2 timer.
Topp med krem, sikt over kakaopulver og hakkede valnøtter før servering.

Nutella cheesecake in a jar

Crust
8 Digestive crackers, crushed into crumbs
OR
12 Oreo Cookies, crushed into crumbs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup Nutella
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
For the Garnish
whipped cream
Coco powder
Chopped walnuts
Evenly divide the oreo or digestive crumbs between your individual serving dishes and press into the bottom.
In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and Nutella until smooth. Add vanilla and mix to combine. Using a wooden spoon fold in the whipped cream until well blended.
Spoon the filling into the individual serving dishes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least
2 hours before serving.
Garnish with whipped cream, choco powder and chopped walnuts.
